Individual Play Therapy provides weekly one-to-one sessions at a consistent time and place. A clinical hour is charged which includes setting up and clearing down the creative play resources and note taking. A full therapeutic toolkit is provided and sessions are tailored to meet the needs and choices of the child. I can offer sessions either at your child's school or at a dedicated space in Worthing.

  • Family transitions- parental separation, divorce, relocation

  • Friendship difficulties- bullying, self-esteem, asserting self in relationships
  • Neurodiversity- understanding and navigating identity
  • Early trauma affecting attachment style
  • School stress, exam anxiety or school refusal

In a shared experience, children can develop coping strategies and build resilience with the support of their peers, processing individually and as a group. Group Therapy is offered to a range of organisations such as charities, schools or alternative provisions.
